As a Senior Manufacturing Consultant, you will handhold clients for Business Growth, Expansion and Optimization. This intense program helps SMEs achieve Revenue Growth, Cashflow enhancement and Profitability optimization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze operations to find opportunities for reducing overall manufacturing costs and improving the company's bottom line.
  • Assess existing manufacturing operations to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies like lean manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce waste & improve workflows.
  • Advise on and help implement new manufacturing technologies and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Help companies comply with industry best practices and regulations.
  • Develop and provide strategic advice for optimizing production planning, logistics, and overall manufacturing performance to align with company goals.
  • Manage project timelines to deliver solutions effectively.


Requirements:
  • MBA in Operations.
  • 8+ years of consulting experience with exposure to Japanese manufacturing techniques like Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Just-in-time, Kanban, TQM etc.
  • Strong strategic, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of industrial engineering, manufacturing technologies, and various continuous improvement methodologies.
