Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Infrastructure Professional to oversee the design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure ensuring high availability, low latency, redundancy, and security.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain large-scale production network deployment strategies including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
  2. Implement robust network security protocols including VPN, intrusion detection, and VLAN management.
  3. Leverage expertise in OT/IT network integration and manage both wired and wireless network infrastructure with a focus on optimizing systems for large-scale industrial use.
  4. Analyze and resolve complex network issues in a fast-paced production environment.
  5. Built relationships with network vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery, implementation, and support for network hardware and services.
  6. Develop and implement redundancy strategies to prevent network failures and ensure continuous availability of production data.
  7. Maintain documentation and compliance with network management standards and protocols.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing large-scale production network deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of network security practices and protocols.
  • Proven experience in implementing OT/IT network integration and managing both wired and wireless network infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with network vendors and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing production floor network infrastructure in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network equipment and monitoring tools.
