Social infrastructure projects are vital for enhancing citizens' quality of life. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering these projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

The job requires exceptional leadership, planning, and quality assurance skills. You must be able to lead virtual teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that all project deliverables meet government guidelines and donor-funded agency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for social infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet government guidelines and donor-funded agency standards.
  • Manage feasibility studies, technical designs, and cost estimates, working closely with engineers, social experts, environmental specialists, and economists.
  • Oversee the development of inception, interim, draft, and final DPRs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outputs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders virtually, providing guidance on technical and managerial aspects of the project.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in social infrastructure projects.
  • Graduate degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Post-graduate in Urban Planning/Water Resources.
  • Proven expertise in DPRs for social infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and quality assurance skills.
  • Familiarity with government & donor-funded project frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
