Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate rates with shipping lines and overseas partners to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to manage business operations and maintain efficient communication channels.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers, addressing their queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with operations and shipping lines/airlines to optimize services and reduce errors.
  • Develop and analyze reports on MIS, DSO, performance, and profitability to inform business decisions.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and customer service departments.
  • Maintain zero-error performance and continually improve processes for efficiency.
