Department Supply ChainLocation Delhi NCRReports to Head of DepartmentExperience 5-7 years Post-MBA Company Overview SYRMASGS Ltd Is amongst the top three Electronics Manufacturing Services EMS providerspecializing in design production and supply chain solutions across multiple industries includingautomotive consumer electronics industrial and medical devices We are committed to delivering high-quality cost-effective and efficient manufacturing solutions Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Manager Sr Manager - Supply Chain Management Procurement s Production Planning to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations This role will oversee procurement inventory control production planning s scheduling logistics and supplier management to ensure seamless manufacturing operations cost efficiency and on-time delivery Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy s Optimization Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives Drive cost-saving initiatives and supply chain resilience through continuous process improvements Ensure smooth coordination between procurement production and logistics teams to meet operational goals Procurement s Supplier Management Identify evaluate and establish relationships with suppliers for electronic components and materials Negotiate pricing contracts and lead times with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness Ensure supplier compliance with company standards for quality timelines and service levels Regularly monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary Production Planning s Scheduling Develop detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts inventory levels and customer requirements Ensure on-time availability of raw materials components and finished goods to support production Adjust production schedules proactively based on material availability machine capacity and workforce constraints Inventory s Warehouse Management Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking Implement inventory optimization techniques to reduce waste and improve working capital efficiency Monitor inventory reports and adjust policies based on demand fluctuations and lead times Logistics s Distribution Ensure efficient transportation warehousing and distribution of materials and finished goods Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize freight costs shipping timelines and delivery performance Ensure compliance with import export regulations and global trade policies Demand Forecasting s Analytics Use data-driven forecasting models to predict demand and align supply chain activities accordingly Analyze market trends sales forecasts and past data to make informed procurement and production decisions Cost Management s Budgeting Monitor and control supply chain costs to ensure operations remain within budget Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or efficiency Quality s Compliance Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure that all materials and finished products meet industry standards Address any supply chain-related quality issues and implement corrective actions G Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales production engineering and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business needs Provide management with regular updates on supply chain activities risks and opportunities
