Job Title Supply Chain Manager - Electronics Industry Location Greater Noida Salary 60 000-70 000 CTC Experience 10 Years of experience in Electronics Industry Department Supply Chain Management Reports To Chief Operating Officer Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager with experience in the electronics industry to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations This role is critical for ensuring cost-effective procurement timely production and efficient distribution of electronic components and finished goods The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing global sourcing and demand planning in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and the unique demands of electronics manufacturing Procurement Supplier Management Source and manage relationships with suppliers of electronic components e g consumable parts PCBs connectors ensuring quality cost-efficiency and continuity of supply Vendors Development Which includes vendor selection negotiations sample and pilot lot approval to regular supplies which mainly includes plastic parts packaging printing components and hardware parts Demand Planning Forecasting Collaborate with sales and production teams to create accurate demand forecasts manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess Logistics Distribution Oversee inbound and outbound logistics ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods while optimizing freight costs and warehouse utilization Production Coordination Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to align production schedules with component availability and customer demand Risk Management Identify potential supply chain risks e g component shortages geopolitical factors and implement mitigation strategies Compliance Sustainability Ensure adherence to industry standards trade regulations and sustainability practices in sourcing and distribution ERP Data Management Use ERP systems e g SAP and analytics tools to track supply chain performance and idenfy areas for improvement Qualifications Master s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or a related field 10 years of experience in supply chain roles within the electronics or high-tech industry Strong knowledge of global sourcing vendor management and contract negotiation Experience with electronics manufacturing processes e g Consumables SMT assembly Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with electronics assembly market trends and sourcing challenges Experience managing supply chains across Asia INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN SHARE THEIR RESUME ON WHATSAPP- 9971950200 Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Supply chain management 10 years Required Electronics Industry 10 years Required ERP systems 10 years Required High tech Industry 10 years Required SAP 10 years Required Procurement management 10 years Required Logistics and Distribution 10 years Required Vendor management 10 years Preferred Language Fluent English Communication Required Work Location In person
