Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and mentor a small creative team while staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Mentor and inspire a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create strategic campaigns that drive results.
  • Streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem. Exposure to digital or consumer tech would be preferred.
  • Proficiency in all relevant software & tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MOTION GRAPHICS (AFTER EFFECTS IS A PLUS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative storyteller, high on EQ.
