Job Title: Senior Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with sales teams to implement visual merchandising strategies and uphold brand standards.
  • Partner with marketing team to synchronize in-store visuals with campaign timelines and media launches.
Trend & Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
  • Recommend innovative visual merchandising ideas to stay competitive.
Store Layout & Space Optimization:
  • Utilize store space effectively to enhance product visibility and increase sales opportunities.
  • E nsure store layouts support smooth navigation and an intuitive shopping experience.
Visual Merchandising Standards:
  • Oversee store conditions and display quality to maintain a clean and attractive brand presence.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate visual merchandising guidelines and display principles.
Training & Guidance:
  • Train in-store staff on visual merchandising best practices and upkeep of displays.
  • Promote understanding of the correlation between effective visual merchandising and sales performance.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyse the impact of visual merchandising efforts on footfall and sales metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights, performance metrics, and areas of improvement.
Liaison & Communication:
  • Engage with customers and frontline staff to gather feedback on visual presentation.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to align on strategies.
