Role Overview

A Graphic Designer will conceptualize and execute visual concepts that align with clients' branding strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in industry-standard software, and expertise in AI tools.

This role involves developing innovative design solutions for packaging, branding materials, and digital assets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing market presence and consumer engagement through impactful visual identities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various projects.
  • Utilize AI tools to create photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
  • Create concept hand sketches to explore and communicate initial design ideas.
  • Closely collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.
  • Create mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visuals to present ideas effectively.
  • Ensure consistency of brand and design standards across all projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design capabilities.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with 3 years.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to create photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions across various media.
  • Experience with concept hand sketching to explore initial design ideas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
