About this role

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Stylist & Visual Auditor to spearhead our visual strategy. As a fashion connoisseur with a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing imagery and video content, conceptualizing new ideas and moods for seasonal and stylistic themes, and collaborating with our photography, styling, and image editing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Style articles (apparel) for all imagery and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals that meet brand standards.
  • Create comprehensive styling sheets and coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Oversee the acquisition of high-quality images, including sorting, editing, and providing them to the marketing team in a timely manner.
  • Manage styles, images, and invoices, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress.
  • Embark on projects and research to stay ahead of online cataloging and future trends, driving innovation in our visual strategy.

Visual Auditing Responsibilities:

  • Acquire information on brand mood, lighting, and background requirements to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Evaluate image quality in terms of styling, photography, and editing, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer to edit images and achieve the desired look.
  • Develop trend stories and provide creative assets to various portals, showcasing our brand's unique perspective.
  • Oversee all visuals that represent our brand, including banners, creatives, and website visuals, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Verify that our portal partners are displaying the correct set of images, aligning with our brand's visual identity.

Branding Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize brand names that reflect our values and personality.
  • Develop a compelling brand story that resonates with our target audience.
  • Design a logo that embodies our brand's essence.
  • Select a color palette that accurately represents our brand's mood and tone.
  • Determine the right market and consumer segments for our brand.
  • Establish a social media, PR, and market placement strategy to effectively engage with our audience.

  • A keen eye for detail and ability to propose solutions for improvement.
  • Excellent management, communication, and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in photography, styling, and photo editing techniques to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Stay updated on international and Indian fashion trends to drive innovation in our visual strategy.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop to manage data, create presentations, and edit images.
