Job Description
As a key member of our architectural team, the Lead Architectural Designer will play a pivotal role in driving innovative and sustainable design solutions for various sectors. This individual will lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are creative, functional, and compliant with client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include developing detailed architectural drawings, designs, and presentations for multiple project types, managing project progress, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and overseeing the preparation and submission of project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design software, a strong understanding of US building codes and regulations, and excellent project management skills. A proven track record in leading complex projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent certification) is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
  • Familiarity with US-specific building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
