Lead Architectural and Interior Design Projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and deliver high-impact projects across India and Sri Lanka.
  • Collaborate with our team in Sri Lanka for seamless project coordination and delivery.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Oversee site supervision ensuring design quality and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers/architects within the studio.
  • Responsible for business development and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
