Citrix Administrator Role Overview
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Citrix Administrator to provide technical support to customers with a high degree of accuracy by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Citrix products, including XenApp, Xendesktop Director, and Storefront.
Key Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Problem Management: Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems
- Change Management: Implement changes to improve system performance and stability
The selected individual will be responsible for all Citrix products, including XenApp, Xendesktop Director, and Storefront. Experience in Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix Provisioning Services, as well as Master Image Implementation and Configuration of Citrix Policies, is required.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in Networking basics, understanding of Switching and Routing using Wireshark and Fiddler2
- Hands-on experience on Netscaler including Load Balancing, ICA, Application Firewall, and GSLB
- Citrix PVS, Application Publishing, Profiles management, Ivanti ServiceNow, VMware
- Good oral skills for End user troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting Citrix XenApp, Xendesktop, and Netscaler issues
