Job Opportunity: Lead Quality Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our quality management initiatives and drive excellence in all aspects of quality assurance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality policies, objectives, and procedures that align with our organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site QC managers to develop effective work methodologies, inspection, and test plans that ensure seamless quality inspection processes, regardless of software utilization.
  • Maintain close relationships with collaborative service providers to optimize their performance and contribute to our overall quality strategy.
  • Lead the quality team in achieving operational excellence, including allocating resources, managing periodic site quality audits, nonconformance management, rework/sc performance-based debit systems, and establishing lessons learned.
  • Implement periodic quality surveillance processes, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to top management on QMS performance.
  • Spearhead efforts to maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification, ensuring documentation and quality reports are up-to-date and compliant.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A minimum of 18 years of experience in quality functions within the real estate industry is required, coupled with a proven track record in senior roles.
