About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Innovation Developer to join our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and development through the creation of cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Conceptualization: Develop novel product concepts that meet customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products, ensuring seamless integration of technical specifications and market requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, informing product development decisions.
  • Research and Development: Apply advanced research methodologies and product development processes to create innovative products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Project Management: Oversee entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement cost reduction strategies, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining production processes.
  • Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation as per new product development and release procedures.
  • Automotive Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of automotive design and development methods, including material characterization and approval.
  • Quality Support: Provide technical support to Quality department, addressing customer requirements and finding new/alternate material suppliers.
  • Audit Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, handling audits and their associated demands.
  • PPAP Documentation: Manage PPAP documentation, responsible for RCA with Head of Quality Tools DFMEA.
