Creative Technology Specialist

Job Description:

We're seeking a talented professional to develop cutting-edge AI-native software that enhances creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging machine learning to create innovative solutions. You'll play a crucial part in building AI-enabled products that harness the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performance search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Evaluate and assimilate emerging techniques into our production systems, utilizing a polyglot approach to working with LLMs.
  • Build evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, focusing on open-source models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, preferably in Python.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
