Fashion Designer Role Description\

As a fashion designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing collections of clothing that cater to the young and trendy audience. Your role will involve trend forecasting, identifying the latest styles and trends in the fashion industry.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collection development: Design and develop new collections of clothing that meet the brand's aesthetic and quality standards.\
  • Order execution: Manage the production process from initial design concept to final product delivery.\
  • Client interaction: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.\
  • Exhibition participation: Represent the brand at fashion exhibitions and events to showcase our designs and build brand awareness.\
  • Store onboarding: Collaborate with the retail team to ensure seamless onboarding of new stores and manage visual merchandising.\
  • Costing: Work closely with the finance team to manage costs and maintain profit margins.\
  • Communication with pattern makers and tailors: Ensure effective communication with pattern makers and tailors to meet deadlines and quality standards.\
  • Vendor coordination: Liaise with vendors to source materials and manage supply chains.\
  • Qualifications:\

    • Graduate degree in Fashion Design or relevant field from a reputable institution.\
    • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.\
