Job Summary

  • Own and lead the talent acquisition function, mentoring and coaching a team to attract top talent, setting hiring targets aligned with business objectives, reviewing progress, publishing reports, conducting client calls, devising recruitment strategies, managing vendors, and ensuring salaries align with industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach the TA team to achieve excellence in hiring.
  • Set hiring targets based on business plans defined by clients and review hiring status regularly.
  • Lead weekly client connect calls and keep clients informed of any roadblocks or changes.
  • Devise overall recruitment strategies to meet delivery within SLAs.
  • Manage vendors and ensure timely finalization of candidates.
  • Conduct HR discussions after candidate finalization and negotiate offers.
  • Oversee senior management-level hiring, sourcing to onboarding, and trainee hiring processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role with 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, team management, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • International recruitment experience preferred and knowledge of using various HRMS tools.
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputed university.
