**Cloud Engineering Role**At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).Key responsibilities of the job include:
  • Design and implement cloud architecture: Develop and configure Amazon Connect components, including contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and agent hierarchies.
  • Integrate cloud services: Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, Lex, Dynamo DB, and S3 to support dynamic intelligent IVR solutions.
  • Build API integrations: Build and manage API integrations with third-party systems, such as CRMs, ticketing platforms, and messaging services.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues: Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues across contact centre systems.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
  • Proficiency in AWS Lambda, Node.js, or Python, Cloud Watch, and Dynamo DB.
  • Strong understanding of telephony concepts, SIP, and call queues.
