  • Strategic Alignment:
  • Ensure local teams are aligned with our global strategy, leveraging extensive experience in business transformation, digitalization, and process optimization.
  • Team Delivery:
  • Oversee India team delivery for key initiatives, driving high utilization of capacity to achieve significant cost savings and value generation.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Support the establishment and implementation of key performance metrics and actionable dashboards to improve transparency, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between local and global teams, along with managing complex stakeholder relationships and fostering cross-functional leadership.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Direct process improvement and lean methodology projects to increase productivity, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Talent Development:
