Job Overview

The Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) division is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of a standardized global Target Operating Model (TOM) for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).

This role is critical in driving innovation and growth across the organization, and as a manager, you will be responsible for working closely with various business owners and processes across regions to map existing third-party engagement processes.

  • Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for TPRM.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for clear communication and decision-making is essential.
Required Skills

General risk management and controls management awareness are required for this role.

  • Internal controls testing/internal audit experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services, especially third-party risk management, is essential.
Competencies
  • Excellent ability to work in a multi-cultural, team-oriented environment is necessary.
  • Strong service quality orientation and time management skills are required.
