Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our payroll operations. This key role requires the ideal candidate to possess in-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits, income tax, statutory compliance, and payroll systems.

The selected individual will be responsible for administering end-to-end payroll processes for employees across multiple locations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Processing:
  • Administer end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple locations.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, exits, and status changes.
Income Tax & Statutory Compliance:
  • Calculate and deduct applicable taxes (TDS), Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory contributions.
  • File statutory returns and ensure compliance with government regulations.
System & Data Management:
  • Use payroll software (e.g., ADP, SAP, SuccessFactors) for processing and reporting.
  • Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
Qualifications & Requirements

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in India payroll administration, preferably in large organizations.

Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance is essential. Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP or equivalent) is a plus.
