Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our reconciliation and settlements team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the reconciliation and settlements related activities
  • Process all payments and transactions within pre-set standardized turnaround times
  • Work cross-organizationally and functionally to identify key opportunities in process, technical, and human interfaces
  • Develop and implement plans to capitalize on those opportunities and measure and monitor success and impacts
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience: Preferably from International Payment Gateways, Fintech, Acquiring settlement and Banks in merchant's settlement and reconciliation experience
  • Years of work experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience and proven leader with predominant experience of merchant's settlement and reconciliation of payment Gateways transactions, refunds, cash management and nostro reconciliation, etc.
  • Qualification: Minimum of graduation from a recognized University, Preferred choice will be from the accounting background (B.COM)
