Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and implement audience targeting strategies tailored to the US market segments.
  • Collaboration and Content Creation: Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Ensure efficient spend and high ROI.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Digital Marketing Experience: 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Hands-on Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • US Market Understanding: Proven experience working with US-based clients; understanding of US market and customer behavior is a must.
  • Marketing Tools: Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have:
  • Paid Platforms: Experience with other paid platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter/X).
  • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • SaaS or Healthcare: Experience in SaaS or healthcare marketing is a plus.
