A senior performance marketing executive is sought after to lead our agency's digital marketing strategy across paid channels.
- Reporting to: Director of Digital Marketing
- Direct reports: Paid media specialists, analysts, and contractors
- Impact areas: Paid media strategy, client success, campaign performance, revenue growth, and team leadership
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
- Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
- Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Budget Allocation
- Allocate resources across multiple platforms to maximize ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative, content, and account management teams to align campaign messaging with broader client strategies.
- 5-7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency with analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Asana, etc.).
- 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
- Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Amazon Ads).
- Experience in high-growth industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C brands.
- Strong record of managing teams and mentoring talent.
- Exposure to international markets and multi-language campaign management.
- Technical expertise: Deep platform knowledge, analytics skills, and campaign troubleshooting.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to think beyond tactics and develop holistic growth strategies.
- Client service orientation: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership ability: Capable of motivating teams, managing performance, and driving accountability.
- Problem-solving: Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decisions.
