Growth Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Manager to spearhead the growth and performance of our digital products. This role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for business outcomes of assigned products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth Ownership: Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Own the go-to-market strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Business Planning & Projections: Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
  • Key Business Metrics Ownership: Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Growth Programs & Campaign Execution: Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Desired Attributes: Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for growth and a hands-on approach to execution.
