Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Mac Support Specialist.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Apple devices and software.
  • This role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support to users, ensuring minimal disruption to their IT environment.
  • Responsibilities include setup and configuration of Client applications, installation and troubleshooting of OS and Mac OS, documentation of rendered support, and testing/management of software patches and firmware.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for training users, conducting BCP/DR activities, supporting CCTV systems, and maintaining technical documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Apple devices and software
    • Proficiency in setup and configuration of Client applications
    • Familiarity with installation and troubleshooting of OS and Mac OS
    • Able to document rendered support effectively
    • Strong knowledge of software patches and firmware management
    • Experience in supporting CCTV systems
    • Familiarity with technical documentation
