Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Job Description

This job opportunity involves serving as a key member of our team, working on various projects and ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience and 2-3 successful implementations under your belt.
  • Functional/Configuration expertise in modules such as Canada Payroll, US Payroll, OTL, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment - ORC, and Talent Management is highly desired.

As a seasoned professional, you will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM products and services.
  • Experience with configuration and customization of various modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
