Job Title: Blockchain Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the delivery of large, complex programs/projects that require multidisciplinary technical coordination and cross-functional partnership.

About This Role:
  • This position is responsible for overseeing the design, development, production support & execution of large, complex programs/projects.
  • The successful candidate will develop and propose cost models to optimize costs based on project requirements and customer needs.
  • They will lead geographically distributed teams supporting shared Infrastructure hosting, planning, maintenance, and migrations.
  • This role ensures inter-connected teams are efficiently working towards program goals.
  • The position coordinates with internal and other vendor teams involved in the program.
  • The incumbent will review, research, and manage client inquiries and coordinate with development, product, application support, and operational teams.
  • They will interface with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA, and application teams to expedite dependency resolution.
  • Escalation Management: The person will assemble Incident response team to fast-track service restoration efforts for Business Critical/High Priority events.
  • Collaboration with clients for requirement workshops and preparation of status reports for respective projects.
  • Building high-performing teams, mentoring lesser scoped managers & team members, setting short & long-term goals, tracking performance, building a culture of learnability, conducting appraisals.
  • Presentation of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly status reports to key stakeholders, executives, and customer leadership.
