A business analyst is required to develop detailed business and functional requirements for claims processing and administration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure that the systems meet the necessary specifications.
About the RoleThis role involves leading requirements definitions for complex projects and multi-year strategic initiatives. The business analyst must identify and translate business needs into clearly defined requirements, create documentation, and plan and conduct requirements gathering sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business and functional requirements for claims processing and administration systems.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure that systems meet specifications.
- Lead requirements definitions for complex projects and multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Create documentation including business use cases, process/data flows, traceability matrices, and report mock-ups.
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in a similar field.
- Possess experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter systems.
- Must have detailed claims processing knowledge and experience.
- Experience with iterative and agile methodologies, including SDLC and PMLC processes.
- Opportunity to work on complex projects and contribute to business growth.
