Job Title: Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Management Specialist to lead the implementation of quality management systems from inception to certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of quality management strategies, processes, and procedures
  • Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparations
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive audit-ready documentation
  • Collaborate with clients to address audit gaps and establish sustainable compliance systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to align quality management goals with business objectives
  • Work across diverse industries and sectors, driving meaningful results
  • Ensure projects are well-organized, client-centric, and compliant
  • Provide expert support during audits and post-audit corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certifications (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in quality management and compliance
  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards
  • Exceptional writing skills for reports, SOPs, and client communications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A self-motivated professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills
