Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned automation professional to manage and support control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and Aveva SCADA platforms. The role involves system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms with a strong background in Allen Bradley.
  • Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration, and design, configure, and develop HMI, SCADA applications.
  • Commission and test PLC-controlled SCADA systems to ensure they operate according to specifications and requirements.
  • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects, offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC, SCADA systems.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in Allen Bradley PLCs and Aveva SCADA platforms.
  • Excellent programming skills in PLC languages.
  • Ability to design, configure, and integrate PLC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
