Senior Workflow Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled automation specialist to lead the design, build, and deployment of end-to-end automation systems that streamline back-office operations. The role focuses on integrating various tools into seamless workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement document automations (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms).
  • Build complex workflows for one-click actions using Slack command integrations.
  • Configure and optimize CRM fields, automations, and deal stages in Pipedrive.
  • Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDF to email to Drive storage.
  • Integrate DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI-powered routing.
  • Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integration and workflow development.
  • Experience with CRM automation (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools & other third-party systems.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Ops/Systems mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and documentation habits.
