Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Source profiles from reputable platforms, ensuring timely delivery to recruiters.
  • Utilize expertise in BFSI, Sales, Leadership hiring, Non-IT, CXO, and Executive Search to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Create actionable dashboards to inform data-driven decisions on future recruitment requirements.
  • Formulate strategic plans to ensure sourcing aligns with business objectives.
  • Actively seek and implement feedback to optimize solutions for all parties involved.
  • Communicate company ethics and compliance to clients, maintaining zero deviations.
  • Communicate process and benefits to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives, and additional service offerings.
  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references, and verify candidate credentials.
  • Serve as a primary contact point for recruitment, sourcing, or strategy queries/issues related to the RPO team.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree, preferably with an MBA (HR) focus.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in NON-IT fields.
  • Proven track record in Leadership hiring, Head Hunting, Xray Search, and Executive Search.
  • Ability to handle diverse position types, business groups, and geographies effectively and independently.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Requirement analysis, sourcing, interviewing, selling, salary negotiations, offering, and post-offer follow-ups.
  • Development, execution, and implementation of comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited talent pools.
  • Cost-effective tool utilization to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle times.
