Urgent Hiring HR Roles (Work From Home)

We are expanding our HR team and inviting applications for 2 exciting roles one for experienced recruiters (BPO hiring) and one for freshers passionate about HR & recruitment.

Open Positions

1 HR Recruiter Work From Home

  • Experience: Minimum 1 Year (BPO hiring )
  • Type: Full-Time | Joining: Immediate
  • Compensation: Up to 18,000/month + Performance Incentives

2 Human Resource Intern – Remote (Work From Home)

  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Stipend: 3,000 – 5,000/month + Incentives
  • Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day (Day Shift)
  • Education: Undergraduate/Graduate (Freshers Welcome)
  • Preferred: MBA Freshers with interest in Recruitment
  • Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate Provided

Roles & Responsibilities (Both Positions)

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & other portals
  • Call & screen candidates, explain job requirements
  • Schedule & coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients
  • Maintain candidate databases & recruitment reports
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, agencies & colleges
  • Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closures
  • Support basic HR operations & handle queries

Requirements

  • HR Recruiter: Min. 1 Year of recruitment experience (preferably BPO hiring), strong sourcing, negotiation & client-handling skills
  • HR Intern: Female freshers passionate about recruitment, must own laptop + internet, basic Excel skills, good communication & coordination
  • Common: Target-driven, excellent follow-ups, strong people skills, self-motivated to work in a remote setup
