Key Responsibilities:

  • Support educator engagement initiatives by collaborating with the Marketing and Partnerships team.
  • Participate in meetings with educators, taking notes, identifying action items, and nurturing ongoing relationships.
  • Develop engaging captions for social media channels aligned with our brand voice.
  • Convert ideas, interviews, and brainstorm sessions into polished, shareable content.
  • Contribute to the content calendar by scheduling, creative brainstorming, and identifying content gaps.
  • Help draft email sequences for new educator partners and mailing list subscribers using email marketing tools.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging copy.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and basic email marketing tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A strong understanding of storytelling, tone, and visual brand identity.
  • Curiosity and self-starter attitude – not afraid to ask questions or pitch ideas.
