\Job Overview\

The Assembly Manager will oversee the production and testing of custom valves. This role requires a deep understanding of valve assembly, torque specifications, sealing principles, and testing methods.

\\Key Responsibilities\

  • Manage the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.\
  • Coordinate with design and quality control for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.\
  • E nsure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.\
  • Track throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.\
  • Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers to ensure timely and quality production.\
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.\
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.\\

    • Required Skills and Qualifications:\
      • \
      • Graduate in Mechanical or Production Engineering.\
      • Minimum 10 years of experience in fabrication, machine tool building, or equipment manufacturing.\
      • At least 2 years of experience in a similar or assistant manager role.\
      • Strong leadership and communication skills.\
      • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.\
      • Experience with process improvement and implementation.\
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
