Job Description
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead advertiser acquisition initiatives within the Indian market.
This position is designed for a seasoned professional who excels at expanding market presence through innovative performance marketing solutions.
You will be at the forefront of our expansion, with a mandate to:
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead comprehensive market analysis to identify and target high-potential advertiser segments, developing and executing strategic sales plans to secure new clients.
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at prospective clients, providing them with consultative solutions that address their business objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements that maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring mutually beneficial affiliate relationships.
- Promote and qualify high-value leads through various channels, leveraging tools for meticulous tracking and management of the sales pipeline.
- Develop compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
We are seeking a true affiliate BD expert with:
Mandatory Affiliate BD Experience
- Proven business development experience specifically within the Indian affiliate marketing market.
- A well-established network and a track record of building successful relationships with leading advertising agencies in India.
- Demonstrated history of successful business development and strong clientele in key verticals such as Travel, Fashion, Beauty, Retail, E-commerce, Food, or Marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models, performance marketing, online advertising, and evolving industry trends.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret data, discern market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Sales proficiency, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Technical savvy, HubSpot proficiency, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and results-orientation.
- Flexibility and ability to travel as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, with a dedicated focus on new advertiser acquisition.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and successfully onboarding new advertisers.
- Comprehensive understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based advertising models.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
