
Senior Pastry Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pastry Executive to join our team in the pastry section. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery items.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in daily pastry operations, including preparing ingredients, mixing dough, and decorating pastries.
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and minimize wastage.
- Develop new dessert and pastry items for menus.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the pastry section.
- Comply with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
- Degree in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry & dessert section (hotel/restaurant/bakery).
- Knowledge of modern pastry trends, plated desserts, chocolate work, and bakery items.
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pastry professional to take on a senior role and lead our pastry team.
