Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for the Flexcube core banking system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support various Oracle Flexcube modules including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs with a strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements with the ability to troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant with a strong understanding of the Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules including Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, and Treasury.
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems, parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
