We are seeking experienced professionals with a deep understanding of valuation models and market nuances, portfolio monitoring, timely reviews, and risk management.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will conduct thorough analysis of new deal opportunities across the infrastructure landscape, considering nuanced market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • He/She will evaluate the deal and assess whether it fits into the fund's investment framework.
  • The ideal candidate will identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities aligned with the fund's investment strategy, considering the unique characteristics of infrastructure transactions.
  • Responsibilities include developing detailed financial models tailored to the complexities of infrastructure investments, incorporating nuanced factors pertaining to debt, tax etc.
  • The team member will prepare comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees, articulating the unique aspects of each opportunity and proposing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Portfolio performance monitoring, timely reviews, and risk assessment will be undertaken, leveraging specialized tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure space within a buy-side or sell-side environment is required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sector-specific nuances and an MBA from a Tier 1 institution, or CA (Rankers preferred) qualification are essential.
