About the Role: We are seeking a driven Relationship Manager to join our team of mission-driven individuals. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in educating customers on the benefits of regular solar panel maintenance and promoting our services to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Educate customers on the importance of AMCs and the value proposition of our services.
  • Pitch and discuss with high-quality leads for the sales team by doing pre-warm-up calls with potential customers for AMC services.
  • Participate in local promotional events, workshops, and awareness drives to enhance our brand image.
  • Gather market feedback, customer insights, and intelligence from the field to inform marketing strategies during customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in any field is required, and prior calling experience is highly valued.
  • Relevant Professional Experience: 0-2 years experience in field marketing, direct sales, community engagement, or BTL campaign execution is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer empathy and excellent communication skills to engage diverse customer types via phone calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge in Excel and WhatsApp for reporting purposes.
  • A basic understanding of solar energy and its benefits (training will be provided).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the electrical/energy sector or BPO/KPO experience is highly valued.
