Bus Body Manufacturing Leadership Role

As a seasoned professional, you will take on the challenge of leading a team in the production of bus body structures. Your expertise will be crucial in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in automotive production, with specialization in bus/coach body building, BIW, assembly, and EV technology. They should possess strong leadership and team management skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

A thorough understanding of bus body structure design and manufacturing processes is essential, along with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and cost control. Safety and compliance awareness are also critical, with a focus on performance metrics such as production volume vs. plan, first pass yield (FPY), and line efficiency.

This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including QA, R&D, and supply chain. The successful candidate will be able to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, implement automation and ergonomic improvements, and promote a culture of innovation and teamwork.
