Project Manager

This role requires expertise in overseeing test automation activities across projects, ensuring seamless compliance with global healthcare regulations and quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads all test automation initiatives, prioritizing best practices and team growth.
  • Reviews and approves test scripts for technical accuracy and submission readiness.
  • Empowers engineers through coaching and mentorship in automation methodologies.
  • Mentors the team in handling complex testing scenarios, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Guarantees adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards, staying abreast of emerging trends and innovations.
  • Cultivates strong relationships between internal teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment between technical and business requirements.
  • Delivers hands-on technical support and guidance as needed, empowering team members to excel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in testing, with at least 5 years in test automation.
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience with desktop-based automation on Windows platforms (FlaUI/WinAppDriver/TestComplete/WhiteFramework).
  • Script review and technical documentation expertise.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and ability to interpret and apply them effectively in testing scenarios.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
