Business Growth Coach and Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Business Coach to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong one-on-one selling skills, with a proven track record in selling high-ticket products or services.

This role requires the ability to engage clients for a minimum of 6-8 hours per day, 6 days a week, including conducting one-on-one business coaching and sales activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Success Coaching:
    • Provide tailored coaching sessions to business owners to build robust systems across key business functions, including marketing, sales, operations, and business finance.
  2. Sales and Upsell Opportunities:
    • Assess clients' business challenges and up-sell marketing and HR services to drive growth and expansion.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as a program guide during Masterclass events, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement.
    • Closely work towards building lasting relationships to ensure client retention and referrals.
  4. Pre-Sales Engagement:
    • Engage with clients who have enrolled for the Masterclass, understanding their businesses and primary challenges.
    • Drive attendance and engagement in pre-Masterclass sessions to ensure maximum participation in main events.
Requirements:
  1. Sales Expertise:
    • Proven track record in consultative selling approaches, with a focus on high-ticket product sales.
    • Strong one-on-one sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
  2. Coaching or Training Experience:
    • Experience in delivering coaching or training sessions to business owners is an added advantage.
    • Understanding of MSME business challenges across various industries.
  3. Relationship Building:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
    • Ability to manage nurturing campaigns and drive client engagement effectively.
  4. Industry Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with MSME businesses and industries such as manufacturing, services, retail, and more.
  5. Additional Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
