Job Description:

This role is responsible for preparing a variety of pastry and dessert menu items according to provided recipes and images. You will be assigned a station in the pastry galley by the Pastry Chef Tournant, where you can familiarize yourself with various tasks. You will be placed in charge of some pastry and dessert production and assigned to either the day or night shift based on operational needs.

Additional responsibilities include setting up pastry displays on buffets as needed, transporting food items from main stores to the pastry galley when assigned, cleaning and sanitizing your working area and utensils following United States Public Health rules and regulations at all times, and being occasionally available for early standby in the pastry galley for USPH purposes.

You will also be aware of and/or acquire necessary knowledge to comply with the ship's standard operation, assist guests and crew members with inquiries, attend meetings, training activities, courses, and other work-related activities as required, and perform related duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
