Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initial negotiations to final execution. This is a senior-level position that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage contract strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective contract management
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential risks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-12 years of relevant experience in contract management
  • Deep understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP) and their impact on trade and logistics
  • Expertise in Bill of Lading (BL) and its role in shipping, ownership transfer, and trade commodity futures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
