Job Opportunity:

We are seeking skilled professionals for the role of Account Setup Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve standard account setup requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify account data accuracy.
  • Monitor service level agreements for timely account creation and updates.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in submitted account information.
  • Support auditing processes by providing accurate account documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on account setup best practices.
  • Analyze account creation volumes and turnaround times to inform process improvements.
  • Assist in implementing minor procedural enhancements.
  • Lead team members by delegating tasks, monitoring workload, and promoting performance excellence.
  • Address complex or high-risk account setup issues through effective escalation handling.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring errors and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and regulatory standards by enforcing policy compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with credit card systems similar to ours.
  • Familiarity with SAP Customer Master Data module.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SAP (FI, CRM, FSCM).
  • Strong understanding of account setup workflows, financial operations, and related regulations.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in SAP reporting tools, MS Excel, and workflow automation platforms.
