Job Title: Senior Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable by ensuring timely invoicing, payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
  • Ensure accurate and timely GST filings while adhering to tax laws and regulations. Address related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Manage TDS deductions, deposits, and filings in compliance with statutory regulations, minimizing any potential risks or penalties.
  • Perform debtor and creditor reconciliations for accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Regularly reconcile bank transactions and resolve discrepancies through thorough analysis and investigation.
  • Oversee compliance with MSME norms, including timely payments and adherence to statutory obligations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, accounting, or a related field.
  • CA Intermediate can also apply for the same role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or any ERP system) is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines is necessary.
