About the Role

We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating clear and concise documentation that helps users understand and utilize our product features effectively.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product consultants, developers, QA engineers, and other technical writers, to create user-friendly content that enhances compliance, safety, and quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain software documentation, including user guides, release notes, and onboarding training content.
  • Collaborate with software architects, engineers, and developers to gather technical information and translate it into clear and accurate documentation.
  • Follow established documentation guidelines and processes.
  • Organize and structure content for clarity and ease of use.
  • Identify content gaps to improve overall documentation quality.
  • Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback from external reviewers.
  • Support software development workflow by participating in retrospective meetings and other technical demonstrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in writing technical documents.
  • Strong interest in technology and software development lifecycle.
  • Able to understand technical concepts and ask insightful questions to clarify them.
  • Good working knowledge of agile development processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Team spirit, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
